Blog Task 7: Camera movement and Editing
Tilt:
This type of camera movement is called "tilt". The director chose this angle because they want to show his real reaction to what he is witnessing. This will show the audience that something interesting will happen.Zoom:
This camera movement is called "zoom". The director chose this shot so you can see both the peoples emotions. When director's add in a zoom camera movement its usually because something with allot of action has happened.
Crane:
In this scene there is the camera movement called "zoom" , this is usually used when something is high up for example a superhero flying down or in this case someone climbing up very high.
Two aspects of editing in the minority report , is shown in one of the scenes where the man is getting chased first at a slow pace then went at a faster pace . The directors probably made it in this way so there was a slight build up before the major action. This creates tension so the audience is shocked when there is a rush of action all of a sudden.
